RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

You can return and exchange easily and for free within 30 days.
The products must be returned with their protective film, their box, warranty and original packaging.
The pieces personalized by the customer with engravings or particular chromatic choices cannot be returned.
The handmade pieces and the one with natural stones are by nature unique and, therefore, may be slightly different from the image seen on the site also due to the different color rendering in the different electronic devices.
The handmade products are unique so any piece is different from the others.
