WHAT IS SARA LOREN WARRANTY

All Sara Loren jewels are entirely handmade in Italy from the design phase to their realization: they are unique pieces, also the imperfections are part of the handmade manufacture.
The warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase combined with the receipt.
The warranty does not cover the wear and the improper use of the item.
Avoid contact with salt water, thermal water, chlorine, lacquers, perfumes and all acid and corrosive products.
Avoid wearing the jewels when playing sports: the acidity of the skin can affect the product.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY 2 YEARS WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED

If you encounter any product issues after 2 years, contact us customerservice@saralorenjewels.com
We will carry out the repair for a fee and automatically give you an additional 6 months of warranty.

 

MACHINE ENGRAVING

Some jewels can be customised with machine engraving.
The cost for engraving up to 10 initials per item is equal to 20€, for more 30€; the engraving is made in capital letters in the best place chosen by the craftsmen.
Calculate 7 more working days for the customization.
Engraved items cannot be returned.

IT'S A GIFT

All orders are delivered in the Sara Loren box, carefully placed in an additional outer box with the certificate of authenticity.
During the checkout process you will be able to choose to write a greeting card for each item ordered, which will be placed in the gift box.
